Who owns the logo once it’s created?
Limelite Graphics retains ownership of all design concepts until the final logo is paid for in full. Once payment is complete, you have full rights to use the final logo design in all forms of media for business promotion. Limelite Graphics will still reserve the right to display the logo for promotional purposes.
How many revisions are included?
Our basic logo package includes 2 revisions, and our premium package includes 3 revisions. Additional changes beyond the included revisions will incur an hourly design fee as outlined in your agreement.
What if I need to pause the project?

We understand that sometimes projects need to be put on hold. If no further instructions are provided within 30 days, we will invoice for the full project balance.

Who is responsible for proofing the design?
The client is responsible for reviewing all proofs carefully before approving, including spelling, colors, dimensions, and layout. Limelite Graphics is not liable for errors or omissions once the design has been approved for release or production.
